We have been undertaking holistic community development projects. Our community development programs were primarily implemented in rural regions, they have also been done in large metropolitan areas. A community development project’s goal is to
- Engage people in the community and find solutions to local problems
- Collectively create sustainable changes for a better future
- Help people through skills and entrepreneurship development training
- Facilitate linkages to public services and social security schemes
Creating equal opportunities for women

Women are frequently denied access to resources and participation in decision-making. They experience discrimination in both their families and society. Their efforts are not rewarded financially because the majority of what they accomplish is considered home work. Lack of access to education limits their ability to earn money and exercise their agency.
We seek to achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls via education, entrepreneurship, and environmental awareness, in line with SDG 5. The projects make a significant difference in the lives of women. Being a part of an active self-help or other community-based group, learning new skills such as reading, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship, and planning and establishing own micro-enterprises all contribute to the changes. Improving existing income-generating activities also helps to bring the desired results.
Improving nutrition, protecting the environment
We encourage the construction of nutritional gardens wherever possible. It could be on a rooftop, a balcony, or available land near a residence. We seek to raise awareness about good eating habits and the importance of consuming fresh organic veggies and fruits. Homegrown fruits and veggies not only save money, but they also keep people healthy and fit. As a result, they assist individuals in saving money on medical bills.
Nutritional gardens can also be used to generate revenue for women in some circumstances. They can make money if they cultivate more veggies and fruits than the household need. Other environmental efforts included in some projects include the establishment of water purification facilities, solar lights, and family biogas plants.
